Company stated the following :
A significant decline in iron ore prices led the Company to begin the search for exposure to other commodities and in particular to base metals with a robust price outlook. In December 2013 the Company announced the acquisition of 100% of the issued capital of European Metals in line with this strategy [Source: EMH Annual Report 30 Sept 2014]
"...We are very pleased to have made this acquisition and to be in a position to develop the tin, tungsten and lithium resources that are contained in the projects. Independent research from a number of sources suggests that the price outlook for each of these commodities is very strong.
