They're just not 'pro-ban-ICE' (by 2030)
Not the same thing.
They still believe EV's gonna be huge and they still want a big piece of that pie. They just want to make sure the shock of the transition isn't too hard on their legacy industries.
That's why they have things like the Just Transition Fund, for which as @Fingers xed pointed out, we are a strategic project.
