I don’t see the point of getting a final mining permit at this stage. Post-DFS is the time for that. The PMPs are exclusive; I doubt 70% state-owned CEZ will let anyone gazump them.
Possible catalysts for improvement in price are project advancement and offtake agreements. I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting though, I get the feeling progress will be s l o w.
