It is pretty good article, I really like Hospodarske Noviny for their good quality journalistic. But way too long to translate the whole thing. There is not really much new apart that new law about Material Policies of State should be approved within coming months. All the future leases should be in ownership of state / Diamo which will do all the exploration work (itself or hiring companies to do that). Perfect for Babis and politicians to tunnel taxpayers money as state will do all the hard work around exploration and then if they find something profitable give it cheap to some Babis's company or to whoever will corrupt the most. Or decide to mine it itself which is laughable knowing how it ended up with other state owned mining companies, especially OKD mining black coal. But obviously good for Babis and that is what he wants - Czech State as his company and Czech taxpayers as his employees.

Interestingly Czech Chamber of Commerce and also unions not happy with some ideas about changing mining laws like 5 year moratorium on mining fees etc. as they believe it is against economics stability etc.
