Great post, thank you. It is sure more complicated than that because for example Pilbara has as far as I know off take for only half of their production and also goes with widely used processing route where EMH does not. So where Pilbara cost likely won't change much we with EMH face way higher risk and the real price might change a lot. I guess that is the reason why our share price is still heavily undervalued compaired to the potential EMH has.
