I suspect there are a lot of companies that fall into teh category of not having cashflow to justify their market cap. Futuris has a market cap of about 1bn, but generates about $20m from operations . eg if you exlcude teh one off wind fall gains, pretty average.

add into that category everey mining stock that has ever run (rule is, do not ruin a good ore body by mining it). See great central mines for amkle. have a llok at teh cash MIM generated over the last 5 years of its operation and tell me why it was taken over.

I am still long a few MXL's, but a lot les than teh start of December. I never believed teh story of goldilocks and teh 3 bears, but i still bought the book for my kids.
