Sure, I can understand that TTM PE is very high. And I can see the share price going lower before going higher.
As for calling a PE of 35 'low', I was comparing it to many of the ASX/Nasdaq tech stocks trading comfortably for years in the bull market (and even now) on bloated PE's (100-200+). A forward looking PE of 35 would be low in comparison.
