I asked what would be the potential improvement to the EML bottom line for the recent VGW (online gaming) deal. Rob (CFO) mentioned that they typically only provide updates on significant deals (> 5% of EML revenue) or deals of a qualitative factor such as entering a new vertical or geography. Also, he mentioned that EML don't usually release forecast/actual revenues on a customer-by-customer basis, to maintain confidentiality (which is fair enough).
I thought it was great customer service by EML that I received a personalised response of this nature.
