I'm pretty familiar with breakage, particularly in Europe & the North America. I was using some facts about European regulation to refute your comment that "Europe is the main area of risk". The facts just don't support your point. If I understand your last post correctly, you've changed the topic & are now talking about the accounting treatment of breakage. Those are two entirely different issues.
