A company that is being shopped around should scare the pants off the shorters resulting in a short squeeze. The fact someone has done a DD on the company and could come back with an offer will see a shorter seek refuge. It also opens the company to other suitors. Surely this is the catalyst we needed to say goodbye to the 2s.
