I read the article. I had no idea talks were going on for months. The good part is, although this deal has cooled off, it shows EML as being on the radar, especially as the article also mentions that various investment bankers have been trying to acquire EML of late.
This drudgery could end very, very quickly if things heat up.
Just look at APT and Sydney Airports Ltd, (SYD).
