you are correct the cbi issue should be resolved by june and no later than dec 22.

That why in their last report, eml expense was very high and the market dumped the stock, not understanding it was to meet the demand of the cbi and have a clean slate to do normal business again without restriction.

i think, bain cpaital will put in another bid before end of june as eml sp is still depress. After june when the cbi issues have been properly resolved eml should be able to expand its business activities and get more contracts....sp goes up.


i bet square regrets buying afterpay.
they should have bought eml for 2.5b
then we would all be happy.
i bet bain capital only put in a bid of $3-$3.50 for eml.
