The pattern appears to be that whenever it runs past the 4% mark, it gets pummeled back down again due to profit taking. The buy / sell spread has settled to almost exactly 1:1 indicating this level is a short term stability point.
The risk going forward is the market may grow weary of a long drawn-out CBI issue, and begin to see opportunities elsewhere. It does sometimes happen.
