I rate the likelihood of the acquisition going through as very high, and the SP will respond positively to that, but it's anyone's guess as to when that acquisition will be approved. Could be 2, 4, 6 weeks. In the meantime I expect shareholders to feel some pain as the price decreases, doubt it goes any lower than 3.50.
