my guess is management will play it conservative as per last year.
they will provide guidance in line with consensus ($41 million) initially ie. $39-$43 million range.
then at February result they will tighten the range to say $41-$43 million and hopefully will beat that slightly at the full year result.
dividend policy highly likely to be announced.
