That EML’s product offering is complicated and hard to articulate concisely is a massive drawback in convincing more partners and investors to get and stay on board. In a post CoVID world where physical gift cards are all but redundant and all payments are already online, EML’s offering comes off as vague and unconvincing. Like the bumbling bag carrying middle-man taking a cut without actually providing much value.
