Sorry that you feel that way. It isn't so complicated, but I guess it is different to traditional companies that just sell "stuff".
Explaining what the business does is a burden of tech companies in general. PayPal has struggled over the years to figure itself out. Amazon was undervalued for the longest time, even whilst growing at an amazing rate and with ridiculous multiples. If we need to wait for the revenue and profit numbers to drive the share price, so be it.
