Here you go . I would have thought that all the experts and HNW traders / punters on HC would have easily put a few hundred dollars pa. into this very good Investsmart subscription . Besides that the 9 fingered man @alankohler is able to tell it like it is.

With live sport banned, EML Payments' share price might just be the best substitute for a Friday night thriller at the 'G. Having soared to an all-time high of $5.70 just a month ago, news of the coronavirus's impacts on shopping centres, sports betting and EML's acquisition of Prepaid Financial Service sent EML's stock plummeting 79% to a recent low of $1.20. The rapid turn of fortunes has been tough to stomach, so given today's announcement that EML Payments will now buy Prepaid Financial Services on drastically improved terms - sending the stock 66% higher to $3.10 at one point - you'd be forgiven for celebrating with the rapturous fist pumps usually reserved for an after-the-siren goal. The rally has subsided somewhat, leaving the stock a mere 22% higher at $2.28, but the details of the new terms are good. While the vendors will receive an additional 6m shares as part of the deal - currently valued at around $14m - and the earn-out bonus of roughly $110m remains unchanged (contingent upon organic 3-year operating profit growth of at least 20%), total cash consideration has been slashed from $346m to $199m. Just $159m will be paid upfront, followed by $20m tranches in both 2024 and 2025.EML is now left with a $100m cash pile - not including $25m of breakage to be received in due course - which will ensure its future and leave it well placed to buy other businesses if opportunities arise. Prepaid Financial Services will be well incentivised to hit growth targets to trigger its earn-out payments. And, as covered in EML Payments revisited, the combined business will boast card programs as diverse as sports betting, government disbursements and digital banking. We're confident it will find new niches to enter in due course, too, thereby increasing its sliver of global payments over time.EML Payments remains 27% below our original Buy price, and as much as 49% below our highest buy price ($4.47). But the possibility of insolvency or a capital raising has been removed and with it a large chunk of risk. EML now has time to ride out the turbulence and emerge with strength on the other side. SPECULATIVE BUY.Note: The Intelligent Investor Growth Model portfolio and the Intelligent Investor Growth fund own shares in EML Payments.
