I am looking at an entry here, been wanting to get into the fintech space for a while.

Love the PFS acquisition and on the revised terms it is brilliant. Timing so unfortunate from an SP perspective.

Balance sheet very stable another plus.

My concern is mainly short-term, what is the overall reliance on the standard retail sector, i.e. foot traffic in malls, disposable incomes, the need to physically been involved in the use of the cards as opposed to online transactions?

Further to that, how hard it gets hit in the salary packaging space? I do like that key clients in that space are Govt like NSW Health, which is a nice place to play as Govt aren't going to be cutting Health budgets any time soon!

Overall, medium term this looks great, just keen to get a perspective from holders on the short-term concerns v the long-term growth story/PFS benefit.

I think overall the market is currently at the top of it's range considering current economic factors, and will drop, not convinced it will re-test the initial low, but think it will drop which means we could get a tasty price for this in the $1.50-$1.75 mark before a sustained rise heading into Xmas when hopefully the economy is starting to come back.

    Love any and all thoughts!
