yes and Tom also mentioned them on the latest earnings call, see page 6 of the transcript.
I see MME are getting a lot of attention recently with multiple PR articles. Maybe they have another purchaser circling as they spent $900k on due diligence in Nov/Dec assessing a non binding bid.
