this is the difficulty in having an unlisted JV partner. ERM is duty bound to announce information (including expected timeframes from their JV partner) under the listing rules, which is what they have done. However, the timing and delivery to that timeframe isn't within ERM's control.

from the latest information, TCMG are now fully funded for the project and fully permitted (which is no small feat), so presumably after the wet season they would be able to get on the ground and start...... we all hope!
