    Here in New Zealand our rammed through legislation on our Emmissions Trading Scheme promises to be a disaster. Every which way you turn its crappola.
    I gather from the media that its pretty much the same in Oz. At least you have excluded agriculture.
    My question is do you think the ETS will damage CEY? If so, why?
