Agree that it is a gamble as to the outcome from the court cases. But that AGS as claimant is seeking full restitution and a recission of the contract based on misleading and deceptive conduct really adds weight to the fact that the value and prospectivity of the asset being fought over must be enormous (the largest discovery in 25 years !).
It would seem (from the sale of Maldon) that Alliance is anticipating a win in the courts - in which case Maldon would be superfluous to the needs of a dedicated uranium miner ...
Then again it could be part of some other strategy/bluff to confound the defendants, or part, as already suggested, of negotiations that may already be taking place re a buy out.

Trust in our leaders we must have though.. so have ticked all the boxes in support of the resolutions and posted off the other day ... while JG cozes up to those countries as their need for the resource grows.
