has anyone actually seen the ethan/allegra agreement, does it even exist and if so what does the small print say about escape clauses...I assume the 5m was never paid to jazzman so there goes his leases, probably towards another (long planned) scam with our favourite MD so whats actually left for the administrators to administar over there in deepest darkest africa....the mind can only but boggle.These questions have to be asked Mr hotcopper moderator in these very sensitive times.
