I can maybe answer that.

"psychological mind games"...... Not even those, just general comments.

It's a bit like in a court room, where one solicitor will make a statement,

accusation, and it will be 'over ruled' and the jury asked to

disregard that comment.

Agree with/or disagree with the solicitors comment, you can't FORGET that comment.

Even at the risk of having what they say 'objected' to, they still make

said comments, as they know they can't be wiped from our memory.

Reading comments on HC, will influence you the same way.

Somebody says a stock is a dud, no matter how good you thought it was,

it will probably put you off buying that stock.

Somebody says a stock is brilliant, going to the moon etc. etc.

even though you may not think so, the FOMO will kick in,

as well as, "maybe it's not so bad after all".

Wrong choice, money is gone.

Unfortunately once you hear or read, or see something,

it is going to stick in your memory.

Pity HC didn't have a forum where you could ONLY post,

a) Stock code

b) Recent anns.

c) S.P.

d) Company financials

e) Shares on issue

f) M.C.

g) Newspaper articles/t.v. news

h) Market sector

i) No 'PERSONAL' views on the stock, or its performance.
