I constantly think Directors of public companies should communicate more when things aren't working out. i roll it around in my head, think about it from different angles... and I still come to the same conclusion.. communicate more, not less.

Most of these guys constantly, without fail, communicate less, go into their shells and then blame shareholders.

... get paid the big salaries, the options, the performance shares, the offices rented back, the adhoc consulting fees, the on the quiet opportunities for friends and family... but still cant be better when its hard.

irritates me no end.
