As for raising capital - that's a function of exploration companies. EMP just happens to spend it fortuitously and the legal issues were a major waste of management time and of course, company money.

We shall see what the independent certification brings - that's major - fact

I must have missed something over the years, when did OBL or EMP sell P47, they HAVENT thats why the comment nobody wants to touch this asset, and can pro EMP posters once again answer if it is so good and so close to Majors who have very deep pockets and extensive expertise, why do they sit back???
