Please correct me if I am wrong.
CTP raised $9.9mn as per the market announcement on 6th Jan 2012. Their market cap as per last financial statement of 30th June 2011 was $51mn. So the capital raised is roughly around 20% of the pre issue market cap.
Why don't these generous sophisticated and institutional investors disclose their names to the market after making such a significant investment??
