Big companies I would say spend a lot more of course,they also lay staff off at the drop of a hat in any event its all about funds whether the company is a large corporation or a new starter in the industry at the end of the day funds have to come from some where they also have to be repaid so its a catch 22 situation no matter who or what company it may be no company is going to pay staff just to sit around and wait for production to start again.
