I understand no lease will be granted by the PNG Gov.until a BFS has been submitted - so where is the timetable for that.? If one trawls back through various announcements this guy doesn't look to good.

Admittedly they have changed the method of mining since then - but no BFS and no lease was the deal with PNG.
