Ahjay the real question is what is being played out behind the scenes, to my thinking given no announcements on this subject whatsoever which I find unusual leads me to think that the possibilities may include
1. MIN are in looking at the assets for friendly T/O (if hostile wouldn't get to get inside the black box),
2. or a farmin;
3. or maybe some gas sales agreement to provide gas for their future LNG needs (ie to power mines);
4. who knows what else.

Sometimes you have to be worried about whats not being said as opposed to what is being said.
