I know Tony is a director of EGO and ERM, that is why I have, in the past, been dissatisfied with him being labelled as an independent director of EGO. It is also part of the reason why, with the departure of ERM I would like to see him replaced on the board along with Tom Vincent.

I mentioned Ken Aitken because you mentioned the Managing Director, I figured you had the roles of MD and CEO confused. In my experience a lot of less knowledgeable people consider an MD & a CEO as the same thing.
