Biden used Americas OIL EMERGENY RESERVES leading up to the 2022 mid-term election to get gas prices down and now Biden has started wars all over the world they need oil and with war waging close to so many OIL INSTALLATIONS this could get extremely ugly and create oil price to shoot too $300 a barrel , DIDEN needs a solution but with the 2024 elections looming he cant create a situation of another oil spike
