nothing more annoys me than seeing "in the money options" as MLX is proposing at the AGM 9 and 6 cents another example of total disrespect for shareholders I would have no problem at 22 or 25 cents requiring management to create some value. but 9 and 6 cents when the share price is depressed is daylight robbery and ridiculous.
I have been an investor in mlx for nearly 20 years they never raped and pillaged us like this
I urge everyone to vote against this resolution and send a clear message to Management that we will not tolerate "in the money options"
fix the business you have destroyed - do not line your pockets !!
