You are wrong, and blissfully indulging in propaganda- to suit your own Agenda. Damien Marintelli has only been there a short time. I have never met him, but everything he has done impresses me. His options are exercisable at 54 to 56 cents- refer 6.4 of the Explanatory Memorandum.
6.5 of the EM goes on to value those options. How the heck they are worth anything when they are, in fact, so far out of the money, is beyond me. Clearly calculated by someone way smarter than PF. The share price is 18.5c today, and they value options exercisable over the next three years at 54 to 56c at between 6 and 9 cents. I actually think I enjoy their optimism, but not too sure they have a clue about economic models
