I am reading the recent announcement by COI correctly..??..
They are issuing 7.7m performance rights to key employees with zero exercise price and zero hurdle rates attached...??..
These performance rights were approved at the AGM in Nov 2016 but given that the share price has fallen from 37 c in July 2018 to 8c today, how is it appropriate that they be awarded now..??..
Hopefully I am missing something... Can anyone help..??..
