Employee Salary Sacrifice and Incentive Schemes

I have been having a look at the Notice of General Meeting and Proxy Form and note that resolution 8 and resolution 9 are to do with Employee renumeration packages.

With regards to resolution 8, it is as follows



Now if you go the explanatory statement and have a look at the issue price of the shares it says the following.



WTF !!
Am I reading that correctly is that saying that employees will be able to buy shares where the Issue Price is NIL

Would appreciate if others could take a look at this document and see if they can highlight any other sections where it specifies what price employees pay for the shares under the salary sacrifice plan


With regards to Resolution 9, it is as follows.



Selected employees to participate in future growth ??  I wonder how you qualify for that
Then if you look at the explanatory statement it says.



No more than nominal cash consideration, what does that mean, like 1 cent ?

Again, would appreciate if others could take a look at this document and see if they can highlight any other sections where it specifies what price employees pay for the options under the incentive option plan.
