    An extra 1850,000 options appearing out of the blue for staff with a conversion price of 41.3 cents being the vwap for the 5 days ending 28/5/10 plus 43%.

    I can't seem too find any info about any employee share plan. There is no mention in the half yearly accounts.

    Why have they now been issued in the middle of a control change announcement ?
