Hi All,
I used to hold MOS a number of years back, and have kept an eye on it from time to time especially the antics of some of the BOD.
I fully feel for the long suffering MOS holders over the lack of transparency concerning talks with AGL when and if they were happening earlier this year but as I understand without MOS informing the market/shareholders. Is this correct?
I have also been reading the HC MOS posts back to mid June and I have not seen the MOS announcement released on the 30/6/2010 referred to at all by HC posters, in fact it does not even show up on the HC company announcements. I would also be/am really incensed at the blatant disregard of the company to the shareholders of MOS by way of the allocation of cheap shares to themselves less than 24 hours prior to the take over announcement on the 01/07/2010.
I have included below a headline of the ASX release on 30/06/2010 (share price at time of posting): 8c
and the same for the
01/07/2010 ASX release Stock Price (share price at time of posting): 7.8c.

ASX Release
01/07/2010 10:09AM 1 Mosaic Oil Receives Proposal to Acquire Company
Mosaic Oil NL ("Mosaic") received an unsolicited proposal ("Proposal") from AGL Energy Limited (AGL) to acquire all of the shares in Mosaic at a cash price of 15 cents per share, after the close of the market yesterday. AGL has advised that the Proposal is conditional upon Mosaic entering into a Scheme of Arrangement.
As I said I can not see that you MOS people have talked about this at all.
Cheers and goodluck
