Thanks for that current piece of info Invne.
I do not see any inconsistency with it. The corridor may have been planned and resumed in 2010 but detailed survey work will always have to be done before construction to determine permanent way alignment, gradients, passing loops etc etc.
Remember the company building the railway is already constructing another railway in Africa and it will be completed in mid 2015. They will want to start on SDLs practically straight away to utilise manpower and resources from one project to the next. It is a good sign they are starting detailed survey work 6 months in advance so it should be all systems go in mid 2015 for construction.
The darkest hour is just before dawn. SDL is about to come forth and shine in 2015. This will be our year IMHO. Hold fast to the end and be rewarded.
