He was heading to Africa to work with Sundance (going to the Perth office first) to perform surveying on the proposed rail line for the company, he was definitely an employee of SDL because he showed me the front of the book he was holding which clearly said "employment contract" I didn't get his name, sorry for the non believers. When in discussion while leaving the plane (he was sitting across from me on the flight hard to talk) he was showing and telling me his movements and employment with SDL.
With regards to talking and communities he said "this is part of the job we have to do" obviously he is part of a team, he did say he has done this work before for RIO, Glencore etc.
Sorry all it was a 5 minute conversation leaving an aircraft then out the door to the car.
