It will be the final details for the declared lands for public utility announced in 2010

basically when it was approved in 2010 it froze all future development along the rail corridors, surveys were done to make sure that villages didn't pop up over night and ask fro money. Remember they have LIDAR survey all the way along the corridor to say umm no you weren't here then so tough luck.

These guys will be marking it out possibly down to 50m either side and if your dwelling is within that and you are legit I guess you get compensated, same goes for crops etc,
