I believe that A2M Customer Business Teams (and local Sales Leadership) are lazy. Not that they don't work, it's that they don't advocate hard enough. Do they have a voice internally with Finance and Ops & Logs? Do they drive for further range width and depth with Retail Merch teams? Or is there some A2M v Customer unresolved issue which is impacting availability. It is frankly inconceivable that one (or more) A2M IF SKUs are not graded for all WOW (example from earlier this week) POGs.
Couple that with the idiotic printed cardboard boxes (not live) inventory on shelf in Chemist Warehouse.....without any proper explanation, it's just dumb sales and marketing stewardship.
