    It seems you miss the point of the WHS situation, the business has to "cover its arse" so to speak, if the paperwork is in order and the rules are there , it then has done all it could to "protect" it's workers and customers, has nopthing to do with what happens if a vaccinated person gives it to someone, the business has done all it could and PROBABLY won't be held liable, it's about the businesses liability and the $13,000.00 fine and the possible jailing of the owner that will drive this. Do a few food safety and HACCP audits and you will see what "having the paperwork inorder" is about.
