    I e-mailed them and got a prompt reply (see below). The website is up and running again now.

    Thank you for your email. Please do not be concerned.

    We are experiencing a technical issue with the website at the moment.
    I can assure you that our IT consultants are working on the issue.

    The “Account Suspended” error message is a default message used by our domain provider.
    However, it makes the connection issue sound far more serious than it is.
    Again, please do not be concerned.

    We will be back up and running very soon.
