dont look for ETE to buyout EMR's share ....ETE is offering EMR 45% of the new acreage according to agreement . the land holdings may be very good for both , but cash to develope it is the great unknown , ETE is looking for JV for GOM , i would suspect EMR will need to do the same in the Bakken
