    I don't know about 10 c but the chart suggests getting back to at least 3 c on good news is possible.

    I know something of Shoalhaven Council and they have always been innovative in liquid and solid waste treatment & ANAECO LIMITED look a good company (scanned the blurb). Seems like a good time to buy in ANQ given the pending company announcements....

    Weekly chart: ANQ has been in downtrend so long it has probably forgotten how to pop, but the C&H pattern may well assist it in that regard.
