All that plus the monthly chart as per below and for me it's a 'no brainer'.
Could be wrong though. After all nothing's guaranteed except death and taxes, but happy to have a long term stake in this one.
(Actually started in this one initially as a short term trade on chart activity but read the funnymentals and was also convinced by some of the regulars who promised me I'd be the next Imelda Marcos (it's all about the shoes lol) if I bought EMS) :)
