the problem i always have with holding out for free options pro rata rights issues, is that the freebies are only few. If you want leverage, you buy larger parcels from the market.
say i had 1000 ems, and they had a 1 for 4 issue, with 1 for 8 free options, thats only 125 ops at those rights.
I'd rather just spend the 1000 on the ops.
