    What justification do have to say a Cap raising at 3 cents? - EMS begin their Road Show next week and aim to heavily promote the company over the coming months - whilst I would not be surprised to see a small placement with an insto it will not be at 3 cents - so if you plan to buy like I did this morning then hop to it old chum as the story is about (and not before time) to be told and you will miss out
